Empowering Professionals via Education and Professional Development
|
Maureen Howard, RN, BSN, M.Ed.,CCM, is a truly innovative educator who has demonstrated this by her in-depth education curriculum created to offer a high-touch, on-site case management program, successfully implemented across the country. This program has experienced high patient satisfaction rates (overall >90%), strong ROI (on average 2 or 3:1), and was validated through a cohort study in The American Journal of Managed Care. This was one of the first studies to quantify actual cost reductions from an expanded case management program.
