Where does the data come from?
Our databases and lists are compiled continuously through Dorland Healthcare Information telephone and mail surveys and from databases assembled from government and private sources. Unlike many list broker files, most Dorland lists are also created and updated for the purposes of our print publications (See Dorland Directories), which means they are cleaner and more up to date.

How do I order?
View the data cards to determine which organizations you want, and then your approximate count and cost. Then, contact us at (800) 784-2332 or email us at info@dorlandhealth.com to get an order form and license agreement sent to you.

List rentals require that you submit a signed license agreement and a sample or draft mail piece for DHI approval. Lists may not be used by any party other than the licensee without  DHI's written permission. The Case Manager list is only available to organizations that participate in the Case Management Resource Guide.

In what formats can I get the data?
Mailing lists will be delivered in CSV or Excel file format.

How many times can I use the list?
List rental is for one-time use unless licensee pays for additional use. A right to use a list a second time is available at a 25% discount if purchased with the initial order. Rights to use the list an unlimited number of times within 12 months may be purchased for four and one-half times the single-use license fee.

Is there a minimum order?
A minimum order of $300 is required on ALL mailing list orders, except those that are available for a lower flat fee. Orders may be combined to meet this minimum.Prices and counts are subject to change. Please call 800-784-2332 for information.

What are your payment policies?
Prepayment is required on all first-time orders. Repeat customers are eligible for terms of net 30 days from invoice date. Orders are non-returnable once they have been processed.

How soon can I get my list?
Orders generally ship within 5-10 business days upon receipt of a signed license agreement. Rush orders may be accommodated in some cases subject to a $50 rush charge.

How is my list shipped?
Lists are shipped via e-mail.

What if I am a list broker?
Recognized list brokers may receive a 20% commission.

Can someone help?
I’m not sure which list is appropriate for my product/service.
