Jogging can add 6 years to your life, study finds
Regular jogging increased the life expectancy of men by 6.2 years and of women by 5.6 years, according to a Danish study of nearly 2,000 joggers. Researchers reported that the risk of dying dropped 44% for both male and female joggers.
