The American Association of Critical-Care Nurses has launched a leadership and innovation training program called AACN Clinical Scene Investigator Academy. The program for hospital-based nurses will cover leadership, social entrepreneurship and project management. The group intends to invest $1.25 million in the program over the next three years.
