The course can be used as an introduction to those who want to learn about the practice as they consider moving beyond the bedside. It also serves as a course of study for those preparing for certification. And it can be an educational tool that directors, supervisors and educational professionals who are responsible for training and development can utilize when redesigning their departments or instituting a new model to unite their organizations and team members.
