About 58% of workers who took part in low-intensity exercises said they had "excellent" on-the-job productivity, up 17% from before the exercise began, according to a new study from Foundation for Chronic Disease Prevention in the Workplace. The study also found that employees' confidence, ability to cope with stress and concentration all showed marked improvement with regular physical activity.
