Case managers - key decision-makers. Case managers influence patient referrals for many services, including homecare, rehabilitation, long-term care and behavioral health. Increasingly, case managers are becoming key decision-makers in selecting providers for managed care contracts.

Despite their growing influence, case managers can be hard to reach. They work in varied settings - HMOs, big insurance companies, national case management firms, small local practices, etc. Often, they're located hundreds of miles away from the patients they serve. Database license fees shown below grant licensees the right to use the database for one year subject only to restrictions on its disclosure to other parties. There are no limits on the number of mailings for which the database can be used.

Selectable by state. Portions of the database may be selected for license based on user-specified criteria. One of the more common selects requested is state (even though many case managers serve patients located across the country by phone because they have a contract with the patient's employer or insurer).
