Rivki Beer, RN, CHPN

Rivki Beer, RN, CHPN, is the Director of Operations Compliance at VITAS Innovative Hospice Care® reporting to the President/ CFO. Her department assists the clinical teams with survey readiness by conducting internal audits and providing training to managers and clinical staff in all administrative and clinical areas.

Rivki began her career at VITAS as a home care nurse in the Los Angeles area.  She was promoted to Team Manager and remained in that position after a move to Melbourne, FL.  She began her work as an Internal Compliance Advocate in 2006, being named as Director in early 2009.  Prior to her tenure at VITAS, Rivki worked as charge nurse in the cardio-thoracic step down unit at UCLA.

Rivki is a member of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization and the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association.
